About Holos University
Campus
Many couses can be completed using All-distance learning approaches. However HU provides an annual campus experience for those few courses that have residency components. HU uses a two semester system and in September, in the Fall semester, a week of concurrent residency components is held on the Unity Campus at Unity Village near Kansas City, Missouri. The residency Campus Week begins Sunday afternoon with graduation and ordination services held in the Fillmore Chapel. Students who complete their requirements for graduation at the end of a Fall Semester receive their diploma by mail and are encouraged to attend the subsequent Fall Graduation ceremony to be awarded the doctoral hood. Students are only required to attend all or part of Campus Week while they are fulfilling the residency requirements of the courses in which they are enrolled. Fulfilling the residency requirements for a Masters can be done in as few as a Fall and Spring session. There are, however, additional elective residencies which will undoubtedly bring students back to campus for that week of activity as they fulfill special interests and Track requirements.
