Church Status and Ministry

The All Faiths Church of Spirituality and Health is a non-profit incorporated church registered in the State of Missouri. On June 4th, 2010 the Church received its status as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation.  The Article of Amendment concerning this status declares that, in part, the church “is a public benefit corporation the specific purpose for which is to be a church and religious college.  The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes.” Its core ministry is to support self development, scholarly exploration and research, and compassionate service through its sponsorship of Holos University Graduate Seminary (HU) and its Ordination.  Donations made to the church are tax deductable and are used to support the various programs of HU.  Ordination in the All Faiths Church of Spirituality and Health (the church) authorizes its ministers to offer, healing, wisdom, and spiritual direction as well as ecumenical consultations to facilitate personal growth.   Depending on the laws of each State, ordained ministers of the church may preside at ceremonies such as weddings, funerals, and wakes.
"Ordination is a mantle we take on that gives us the Spiritual Authority to serve in a particular way.
"
  Edie Skalitsky, Unity Minister
