SELF-DEVELOPMENT                      SCHOLARLY EXPLORATIONS AND RESEARCH             COMPASSIONATE SERVICE

Self-Development:  Throughout their tenure at HU, students engage in numerous self-development studies and activities.  The commencing thought is, “Healer, heal thyself”.  At HU, one is not so much encouraged to become a “healer” as to become a skillful Spiritual Advisor who helps others get in touch with their own “healer within” for it is from within where the spirit dwells that the most powerful healing will arise.  As each of us moves through various stages of self-actualization towards true spiritual transformation we unlock our highest potentials.

Scholarly Exploration:  An aptitude for excellent scholarship broadens students’ perspectives and provides measures of excellence from which to better evaluate creative contributions, both from others and from oneself.  

Scholarly Research:  For Degree students scholarly research is foundational.  The initial Orientation Course at HU is organized to inspire students concerning the kinds of research they may wish to undertake as part of their program.  HU student research has contributed greatly to the field of spiritual healing in the seven years since the program began.  To view the Abstracts visit our Library website:  www.holosuniversity.net

Compassionate Service:  Focusing on self-development, scholarly exploration and research within the over-arching principles of body/mind/spirit, prepares students to offer substantial and compassionate service to their communities and to the world.
