Residency dates are posted to the CALENDAR on this website.

Most residency components take place during the Fall Campus Week in September. The Campus Week at Unity Village starts with graduation and ordination on the afternoon and evening of the first Sunday of Campus Week in the Fall.  Residential classes during Campus Week always run six days beginning on Monday and ending Saturday evening.  A few residencies are held off-campus.  Off-Campus residencies are scheduled so as not to conflict with Campus Week and are held at locations other than Unity Village.  See the HU Calendar for the schedule and location of these courses.

HU Campus Week is held on the Unity Campus in the Fall in September and it begins Sunday afternoon in the Fillmore Chapel with the HU Graduation and Ordination celebrations.  All students, faculty, alumni, friends are welcome.
The Unity Village Campus is located in a South East suberb of Kansas City, MO easily accessible to Kansas City International Airport.  A shuttle is available between the airport and Unity Village campus.  There are on-campus room and board accommodations to fit almost every budget.  Everything students, faculty, and alumni will need to participate in Campus Week is located in easy walking distance on campus. This Campus provides a beautiful sacred space for the HU community to come together twice a year for ceremony, classes, and alumni reunions.  Alumni are invited to attend “HU Campus Week” for meetings and to participate in residencies on a space available basis.  Participants from the Unity and Kansas City communities will have an opportunity to pay a very reasonable fee to participate in residencies. In this way they contribute to the well-being of HU while enhancing their own on-going education.  Students will be able to take advantage of concurrent residencies in order to fulfill several residency requirements in one trip.  A cafeteria is available for meals.   Most campus residencies are held to a maximum of three days so that there can be two consecutive sessions from Monday through Saturday.

Residencies are open to officially enrolled Degree and Certificate Students.  Alumni and the public are admitted for a fee on a space available basis. Students will incur additional costs beyond the tuition fee paid to HU for the following: course materials, travel, meals, and lodging. 

Residencies are open to officially enrolled Degree and Certificate Students.  Alumni and the public are admitted on a space available basis and will be informed about the acceptance of their reservations after September 1st and March 1st.  Students will incur additional costs beyond the tuition fee paid to HU for the following: a campus-hospitality fee, course materials, travel, meals, and lodging.  To assure a space, enrolled students who plan to attend residency components during Campus Week at Unity Village should do the following:
1.    Contact the HU Registrar to reserve a space.
2.    For information on lodging contact Unity toll free: 866-348-6489.
3.    Call the Bursar at 888-272-6109 to arrange payment of Fees.
 Campus Week is six days long.
