Although drugs and/or surgery may be required for appropriate treatment of some disorders, at least 85% of all patients will be treated more appropriately with safer alternatives including energy medicine, spiritual healing, biofeedback, self-regulation techniques, hypnotherapy and many other alternative, integrative medicine modalities, particularly in the cases of stress and depression.
